Just download the app, make sure you’ve got 2.4GHz Wireless internet and away you go. You can use SNOO without internet however you won’t be able to connect it to your app and personalize the settings. It will come with multiple sheet sets and SNOO swaddles. We just ask for the deposit to be paid as it’s a very expensive purchase and that you wash the sheets etc before returning it. Give it a go, you won’t regret it.

Hiring the snoo from Tim was an seamless experience. He was great at communication and very kindly dropped the snoo off at our hotel once I advised him we had checked in. The snoo worked wonders during our trip as usual. Tim was also happy to pick the snoo up from the hotel's left luggage room once we had checked out which meant we could depart when we needed to. I highly recommend Tim to anyone who needs a snoo for a short or long trip.

Tim was a delight to deal with. Highly recommend for any future people wanting to try the snoo. He was easy to deal with and dropped the snoo over & set it up for me (in the midst of minimal sleep with a fresh bub & an unsettled toddler). He also supplied a range of bedding & sleep bags to try. For anyone needing some help with sleep in the first few weeks I highly recommend hiring!!

Our rental experience with Tim was very straight forward and stress-free. This was our first rental experience with Kindershare so we were a bit nervous at first but we're so happy we went through with it. The Snoo worked very well for us as first time parents and Tim was very responsive to our queries and generous with his time and knowledge. We initially rented the Snoo for a couple months and ended up extending our rental period because our daughter loved the Snoo. Weaning off the Snoo was also simple so don't be afraid that it will become a crutch for your baby. I highly recommend renting the Snoo from Tim as he understands the struggles of being a parent to a newborn and is very accommodating.
