I was really dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the pram. I picked it up without being able to inspect it, and when I got home I was horrified as it was full of dirt and crumbs, both on and under the seat. I would never put my baby in something so disgusting. My husband spent over and hour cleaning it with our spot cleaner and the water came out absolutely filthy. It honestly looked like the Roma had never been cleaned which baffles me as it can so easier be taken apart and thrown in the washing machine. I would not rent from Leah again.

This pram was so useful for our trip to Japan with our 6-month old baby! Leah was flexible in arranging pick up and drop off and the pram was as advertised. Communication sometimes a bit difficult, although this did not impact our experience overall.
