We were never able to pick up the stroller due to scheduling conflicts. Cliona was busy. We ended up buying a new stroller at the store. Requesting a full refund.

Very easy experience. Cliona was very flexible with pick up and drop off and the pram was brilliant. We went to Finland and it worked even in snow! Easy to use and ideal on flights when a kid falls asleep at the airport and you can wheel them in and pop them on their seat and they can keep on sleeping! Thanks Cliona!
