  A very smooth and easy process renting from Emma. Great, efficient communication, easy pick up and drop off, and great items. Pram was a great help on our travels, and the rain cover kept our little one dry as we walked around on our adventures. Would highly recommend Emma and her items!

  Emma was very responsive and helpful. She was also very understanding when I let her know that some of the padding on the handlebar of the pram had split, which I understand has now been replaced and is as good as new. I would definitely hire this pram from Emma again.
