Vanouhi was amazing! She was going to be out of town on the dates of our hire, but she contacted the hotel and arranged for the pram to be delivered a couple of days early. The whole process went smoothly. The Bugaboo with the skateboard seat was brilliant to get our 2 boys around the city. Thanks so much Vanouhi, we will definitely be using this service again on our next interstate family holiday!

Vanouhi was very pleasant to deal with. We were staying with my brother and she even dropped off the pram to his place before our arrival. The pram was in good condition and suitable for our purposes. We did find the bugaboo bee lacked good sun cover but this was fixed by attaching a muslin cloth with clips.

This was such a handy service. My toddler loved trialling a skateboard seat. Vanoihi was so helpful dropping and picking up the pram and the pram was on great condition.
