Jacque was quick in her response and the bag really was great to use on our treck to the Blue Mountains with our 18m old son. He sat there for almost 2h straight and seemed comfortable the whole way with a good view. :-)

Jacque was superb to deal with and first time using kindershare was easy. The backpack condition wasn’t stated in the advertisement but from the photos it looked quite new. It’s actually quite worn but all in working order. Only issue was the hip strap buckle has a piece broken off it which is very sharp and it ripped a whole in my tshirt.
